What is the PropUtility Handbag Kit?
The Handbag Kit is the frame inside a structured handbag cake. Victor wanted a bag that stands upright, carries a real chain strap and travels without slumping, so we built the structure around the way he makes his own handbag cakes.
The frame is 3D printed in white food-safe PLA. The chain and clasps clip straight onto the frame, so the strap is part of the structure rather than something balanced on top at the end.
Built to Perform
- A 45° centre ridge locks the cake in place so it can't slide off the frame
- Reinforced fixing points for the strap, so the clasps pull on solid plastic rather than print lines
- 600mm gold chain gives a full-length shoulder strap look
- Internal space of 10" x 4" x 7" fits a properly sized cake, not a token one
- Strip down, wash and reuse for your next handbag order

FAQs
What size cake does it make?
The space inside the frame is 10" long, 4" deep and 7" high. Your finished bag will be a little larger once it is covered and decorated.
Is it safe to use with real cake?
Yes. All components are designed for use with real cake. Wash everything before first use.
What is included?
The printed handbag frame, a 600mm gold chain and two gold clasps. Cake, ganache and covering are not included.
Can I use the chain as the visible strap?
Yes, that is what it is for. Clip it on once the bag is covered for a clean finish.
Can I reuse it?
Yes. Unclip the chain, wash the parts by hand and keep them for the next order. The printed frame is hand wash only and not dishwasher safe.

Care Instructions
When caring for and cleaning your products, please use warm soapy water and wipe clean only. Abrasive cloths and detergents should not be used. This item is not suitable for the dishwasher and should not be submerged in water.
Although the highest amount of care has been taken to ensure each product is food-safe and ready for you to use, please wash before first use.

Delivery methods
We have a growing catalogue of ready to send products running parallel to our handmade bespoke service. All products ready to send are despatched next working day via your chosen delivery method.
Made to order and handmade products are indicated by the blue tag at the top of the product information - generally, these are ready to despatch within 3-5 days and they will be sent via your chosen delivery service once made. For rush orders or special requirements, please contact us.
UK Delivery
Within the UK, deliveries will usually take place between 8am and 6pm and all our delivery methods our fully tracked. We offer free UK standard delivery (3-4 days) on orders over £75*. For orders under £75, a £3.95 P&P charge will be applied at checkout. UK orders over £150 benefit from free express delivery (1-2 days).
International Delivery
We ship globally with the majority of orders being despatched via our expedited service with Royal Mail or DHL Express. Orders to the US and Canada can arrive in as little as 2-3 business days, while other international locations take on average 3-5 business days. Please note, delivery times vary depending on your address and are for guidance only.
Returns Policy
We offer the right to return within 14 days of purchase.
You must contact us within 14 days and we must receive your return within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note - return orders may be subject to a £2.00 restock and admin fee. This will be deducted from your refund.
