What We Make
Every surface on the buffet, built to match
A hotel buffet is judged on how it looks at 7am and how it looks at 10am. Prop Options builds display pieces that hold height, hold temperature-safe service and still look full when the trays are half empty.
Buffet Risers and Levels
Stepped risers, blocks and platforms in timber, acrylic, metal and solid surface, sized to your gastronorm trays and platters so nothing sits at the wrong height.
Breakfast and Pastry Displays
Pastry towers, bread bins, cereal stations, yoghurt and fruit displays and juice stands, designed to be restocked from the front without breaking the display.
Tea and Coffee Stations
Framed tea and coffee points with trays, caddies, cup shelves and signage, for lounges, breakfast rooms, meeting rooms and club floors.
Topping and Condiment Blocks
Engraved timber and acrylic blocks that hold pots, jars and bowls in place, with labelling built into the piece rather than stuck on.
Carvery and Live Station Units
Display units for carvery, egg stations and live cooking, built around the equipment your kitchen already owns.
Branded and Engraved Serveware
Boards, trays, plinths and stands carrying your hotel identity, colour matched and engraved rather than printed, so the branding survives washing.

Questions
Hotel buffet display, answered
Who makes bespoke buffet display stands for hotels in the UK?
Prop Options is a UK manufacturer in Poole, Dorset that designs and builds bespoke buffet risers, breakfast displays, tea stations and food display units for hotels. Everything is made in our own workshop rather than bought in and badged.
Are the display pieces food safe?
Yes. Prop Options uses food-safe materials and finishes on every surface that touches food, and specifies the material and finish on the quote so your compliance team can check it before you order.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Prop Options makes single pieces and full production runs. A typical hotel project starts with one prototype for sign-off, followed by a run to cover every station.
Can you match our existing buffet or brand identity?
Yes. We colour match to your brand, engrave rather than print where the piece will be washed daily, and design new pieces to sit alongside the equipment and finishes you already have.
How long does a hotel buffet display project take?
Most projects take 2 to 3 weeks from sign-off, depending on the nature of the job and how busy the workshop is at the time. Tell us your date when you enquire and we will confirm the lead time in writing with your quote.
Can you supply more than one hotel in a group?
Yes. Once a design is approved we hold the drawings, so additional sites and replacement pieces are reorders against an agreed specification rather than new projects.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes. Prop Options ships worldwide, quotes delivery at cost, and can arrange insured delivery on agreed Incoterms for export orders.
Refreshing your buffet or breakfast service?
Send us photos of the current set-up, your tray sizes and the date you need it by. We will come back with ideas and an itemised quote.
