What is the Christmas Cookie Collection?
It's a complete cookie decorating system built around twelve Christmas designs. The set was created alongside Ekat's Christmas cookie course, developed in collaboration with renowned cookie artist Maria Tsitlidze of Knick Knack Mary. Every piece is numbered 1 to 12, so the cutter, its stencil and the finished cookie always match.
The magnetic frame is what makes the system work. The stencil sheet sits between two magnetic pieces that clamp it flat and hold it still over the cookie, so you get crisp edges without the sheet slipping. One frame works with every stencil in the set, and with future collections too.

Cutter 8.5 × 9.5 cm. Stencil: a sideways bow with ties.
02 Wreath
Cutter 8.2 × 8.2 cm. Stencil: a large bow.
03 Leaf & Berries
Cutter 6.3 × 3.5 cm. Cutter only, decorated freehand.
04 Acorn
Cutter 8.7 × 5.2 cm. Stencil: a knitted pattern that covers the whole cookie.
05 Mushroom
Cutter 9.5 × 6.2 cm. Cutter only, decorated freehand.
06 Tree Bauble
Cutter 10.6 × 6.7 cm. Stencil: a bow with hanging strings.
07 Long Bauble
Cutter 9.5 × 11 cm. Stencil: evenly spaced stripes running down the bauble.
08 Mitten
Cutter 9 × 7.6 cm. Comes with two stencils: snowflakes in six sizes, and a bow.
09 Diamond Bauble
Cutter 11.6 × 6.7 cm. Stencil: a diamond decorative pattern.
10 Swirl Bauble
Cutter 10 × 9 cm. Stencil: flowing curved lines across the bauble.
11 Candy
Cutter 7.8 × 3.9 cm. Stencil: lines that pick out the folds of the wrapper.
12 Leaf Bauble
Cutter 8 × 10.2 cm. Stencil: a leaf pattern.
Using Your Magnetic Frame
- Separate the two pieces of the frame.
- Lay your stencil sheet over one piece, with the design centred in the opening.
- Bring the second piece down on top. The magnets close together and hold the stencil flat and secure.
- Place the framed stencil over your cookie and spread royal icing across the design in one smooth pass.
- Lift straight up to reveal the pattern.
Built to Perform
- Cutters have a 17 mm cutting depth and a 3 mm top rim for a comfortable press
- Fine, chamfered cutting edges for clean release from the dough
- Two-piece magnetic frame (10 mm and 6 mm pieces, 16 mm assembled) with embedded magnets
- Frame opens and closes easily, so you can reposition the stencil between cookies
- Stencil sheets are 20 × 14 cm, laser cut and sized to sit correctly in the frame

How many magnetic frames are in the set?
One. Every stencil in the collection is designed to work with the same frame, so you only ever need one.
Will the frame work with other stencils?
Yes. It's built as the base of an ongoing system, so future Prop Options × Ekat's stencil collections will fit it too.
Why don't designs 3 and 5 have stencils?
The leaf and berries and the mushroom are designed to be finished freehand, as shown in Ekat's course.
Can I put the cutters or frame in the dishwasher?
No. Hand wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Keep your stencils flat in the box so they stay perfect for next Christmas.
Is this the set from Ekat's course?
Yes. It was created alongside the course, so you can follow each design step by step with the exact cutters and stencils used.
Can I buy the pieces individually?
For launch, the collection is sold as a complete set only.

When caring for and cleaning your products, please use warm soapy water and wipe clean only. Abrasive cloths and detergents should not be used. This item is not suitable for the dishwasher and should not be submerged in water.
Although the highest amount of care has been taken to ensure each product is food-safe and ready for you to use, please wash before first use.

Delivery methods
We have a growing catalogue of ready to send products running parallel to our handmade bespoke service. All products ready to send are despatched next working day via your chosen delivery method.
Made to order and handmade products are indicated by the blue tag at the top of the product information - generally, these are ready to despatch within 3-5 days and they will be sent via your chosen delivery service once made. For rush orders or special requirements, please contact us.
UK Delivery
Within the UK, deliveries will usually take place between 8am and 6pm and all our delivery methods our fully tracked. We offer free UK standard delivery (3-4 days) on orders over £75*. For orders under £75, a £3.95 P&P charge will be applied at checkout. UK orders over £150 benefit from free express delivery (1-2 days).
International Delivery
We ship globally with the majority of orders being despatched via our expedited service with Royal Mail or DHL Express. Orders to the US and Canada can arrive in as little as 2-3 business days, while other international locations take on average 3-5 business days. Please note, delivery times vary depending on your address and are for guidance only.
Returns Policy
We offer the right to return within 14 days of purchase.
You must contact us within 14 days and we must receive your return within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note - return orders may be subject to a £2.00 restock and admin fee. This will be deducted from your refund.
