Hoop Tier Cakes: Find a Cake Artist Near You
A hoop tier separator creates an open circle between tiers, which artists often fill with flowers or foliage. The Cake Artist Finder lists 46 cake artists who own the kit to create this look, so you can contact someone who is ready to make it for you.
Every artist listed is verified through the Prop Options pieces they have bought and added to their profile, so you know they already own the kit for the design. Listings updated October 2026.
