A Guinness World Records title, built for a show floor
We designed and created the world's most expensive cake stand and its plinth in mirror polished 316 marine grade steel, hand set with more than 25,000 Swarovski crystals and officially valued at $20,000. It was unveiled inside a lit display case at Cake International, NEC Birmingham. For the show's 30th anniversary we also built a two metre high, two metre wide centrepiece in timber and 3D print.

Feature centrepieces
The oversized, sculptural or illuminated piece that pulls people across the hall. Engineered to split into sections that fit through a goods door and a standard van.
Display cases and plinths
Lockable and glass topped cases for product, jewellery, prototypes and anything that has to be seen but not handled. Lit from within where needed.
Counters and product walls
Reception counters, demo counters, shelving and product walls in timber, acrylic or metal, colour matched and branded, built to survive repeated build up and break down.
Dimensional lettering and logos
3D letters, lit and unlit, logos, crests and headers, in acrylic, metal, timber and 3D print, finished to brand colours.
Food and hospitality display
If your stand is serving, we build the buffet stations, canapé displays, serving trays and risers to go with it, with food safe materials specified on every surface that meets food.
Reusable systems
Pieces designed to go up and come down repeatedly across a season of shows, with hidden fixings, alignment features and keyed joints so a crew who were not in the workshop can rebuild it correctly.

What exhibition work actually demands
It has to come apart
Anything that cannot break down is a one show object. We design for sections that fit the access, the vehicle and the lift, and that assemble the same way every time.
It has to survive the build
Stands get knocked, dragged and rebuilt by different crews. Finish choice and edge detailing matter more here than almost anywhere, because damage shows and there is no time to fix it on site.
The venue will ask for paperwork
Risk assessments and method statements are prepared and supplied where the venue or organiser requires them. Fire rated materials and certification where the hall specifies it. Full detail on our compliance page.
The date does not move
Show dates are the one deadline nobody negotiates. Most projects run 2 to 3 weeks from sign-off, and larger builds are scheduled to your programme with the lead time confirmed in writing on the quote.
Working With Agencies
We build, you keep the client
A good share of what leaves this workshop goes out under somebody else's name. If you are an exhibition contractor, display company, event producer or agency and you are short of capacity, or you need a process you do not have in house, send it over.
NDAs signed on request, purchase orders accepted, and we never approach your client.
Questions
Answered plainly
How big can an exhibition piece be?
There is no fixed limit. Tell us the dimensions and we will tell you how it is built, how it splits for transport and how it goes back together on site. We build up to several metres and engineer everything large to break down.
Can you build something reusable across a season of shows?
Yes, and it is usually worth it. A demountable piece used across three shows costs less per use than a welded one that gets skipped after the first. Repeated assembly is designed in with hidden fixings and alignment features.
Can you supply RAMS for the venue?
Yes. Where a venue, organiser or main contractor requires risk assessments and method statements before access is granted, we prepare and supply them. Tell us the requirement when you enquire so it is in the programme.
Do you install on site?
Most pieces are packed and delivered. Where a build needs fitting rather than shipping, our own team installs on site and works to the venue's access, timing and reinstatement requirements.
Will you work for an exhibition contractor or agency?
Yes, routinely, and under NDA where needed. We accept purchase orders, complete supplier onboarding forms, and we never approach your client.
How quickly can you quote?
Usually within one working day. Send the purpose, rough sizes, the real weight anything carries, your show date and a budget range and we can come straight back with a fixed quote.
