Each stamp is made to order in our Dorset workshop, and we mirror your initials for you so they read the right way round in the clay.
How to order
- Choose your size
- Type your 2 or 3 initials
- Pick a font (Arial, Dancing Script, Great Vibes or Times New Roman) and a border (square, circle or no border)
- We make your stamp and send it out
Which size do I need?
- 15mm: earrings, pendants and small pieces
- 20mm: the base of mugs and cups
- 25mm: our most popular size
- 30mm: bowls, plates and planters
- 40mm: platters, tiles and wall pieces
Good to know
- Initials only, letters only, 2 or 3 per stamp
- On 15mm and 20mm stamps, Arial or Times New Roman give the crispest mark

Care
Use on leather hard or soft clay. A light dusting of cornflour stops sticking. Rinse in cool water and dry. Not kiln, oven or dishwasher safe. Once used with clay, keep for craft use only and not for food.
As this is a personalised item, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, but we will always put things right if anything is wrong with your stamp.

Care Instructions
When caring for and cleaning your products, please use warm soapy water and wipe clean only. Abrasive cloths and detergents should not be used. This item is not suitable for the dishwasher and should not be submerged in water.
Although the highest amount of care has been taken to ensure each product is food-safe and ready for you to use, please wash before first use.

Delivery methods
We have a growing catalogue of ready to send products running parallel to our handmade bespoke service. All products ready to send are despatched next working day via your chosen delivery method.
Made to order and handmade products are indicated by the blue tag at the top of the product information - generally, these are ready to despatch within 3-5 days and they will be sent via your chosen delivery service once made. For rush orders or special requirements, please contact us.
UK Delivery
Within the UK, deliveries will usually take place between 8am and 6pm and all our delivery methods our fully tracked. We offer free UK standard delivery (3-4 days) on orders over £75*. For orders under £75, a £3.95 P&P charge will be applied at checkout. UK orders over £150 benefit from free express delivery (1-2 days).
International Delivery
We ship globally with the majority of orders being despatched via our expedited service with Royal Mail or DHL Express. Orders to the US and Canada can arrive in as little as 2-3 business days, while other international locations take on average 3-5 business days. Please note, delivery times vary depending on your address and are for guidance only.
Returns Policy
We offer the right to return within 14 days of purchase.
You must contact us within 14 days and we must receive your return within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note - return orders may be subject to a £2.00 restock and admin fee. This will be deducted from your refund.
